Michelle Ann Collins is a grief educator, mindfulness meditation teacher, and trauma-informed coach who helps individuals and organizations move from grief to growth, pain to purpose, and burnout to joy.
After surviving the loss of her mother, a painful divorce, and her Navy SEAL husband’s suicide, Michelle transformed her PTSD into post-traumatic growth.
She now leads corporate workshops, wellness programs, and private coaching rooted in neuroscience, positive psychology, and mindfulness.
Through her business Inhabit Joy, she empowers others to heal, build emotional resilience, and rediscover joy no matter what they've survived.
